WHERE IT JAMMED
There is one method. The trial is booked in a particular room, on a particular day, with a particular person. A national page cannot say that. It either stays generic and fails to convert, or lists everyone and stops being readable. (Someone arriving from an instructor's profile wants that instructor, not an organisation.)
THE DECISION
I didn't write a landing page. I settled that only one form of it exists. Portrait, name, town, opening line, days and times, form: the content changes, the structure doesn't. So a new page is a new instructor, not a new project.
HOW IT IS BUILT
Everything points at booking the first session. Who the instructor is, what an hour of training looks like, the 3 steps to getting on the grid. The questions that hold people back before signing up, and the form with days and times already filled in. Whatever doesn't serve that action isn't there.
WHY IT HOLDS
The pages share structure, components and common copy. Adding an instructor means adding their details, not rebuilding a landing page from scratch. (That is the difference between a network that can grow and four sites to maintain separately.)

Every instructor has an address to send to anyone who asks how it works: their town, their times, a form already prepared. The pages are one per instructor, on the same skeleton. One goal: booking the trial session. Among my services this is a conversion landing page: €1,200 – €6,500, 1 to 3 weeks, one per venue.
