Privacy, without the legalese.
Little data, no invasive tracking, everything explained in plain words.

Who handles your data
In shortI do — George, as a private individual. There’s no company behind this.
The data controller is me, George, an independent builder and a private individual.
For any question, request or concern about your data, write to info@georgeworkflow.com: I answer personally, with nobody in between.
What I collect, and why
In shortOnly what you send me: your name, your email and the text of your message or estimate.
While you browse I ask you for nothing. Data reaches me only if you send yourself the summary of your estimate from the Pricing page or book the call.
In that case I receive your name, your email and the text of your message; with an estimate I also receive the options you picked in the configurator.
Purpose: replying to you and, where it applies, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow from it. Retention: as long as it takes to handle the request and any work that comes out of it.
Anti-spam without reCAPTCHA
In shortAn invisible field and a timing check. No puzzle to solve, no outside service.
To stop automated scripts I use two invisible measures: a hidden field only a bot fills in, and a check on how long the form took to complete.
I don’t use reCAPTCHA or any other external verification service: for this check no data leaves the site, and you never have to prove you’re human.
Email through Resend
In shortForm messages travel through Resend and land in my inbox. Nothing else.
To deliver what you write I use Resend, an email service that handles that data on my behalf, as a processor.
Nothing else goes through it: no newsletter, no mailing list, no marketing.
Bookings through Cal.com
In shortThe Cal.com calendar sits inside the Pricing page: when it appears, your browser connects to Cal.com.
Calls are booked on Cal.com. Its calendar is embedded in the last step of the Pricing page: when that step reaches your screen your browser connects to Cal.com, which receives the technical connection data (such as your IP address). On every other page nothing is sent to them.
When you do book, Cal.com handles the data needed to set the appointment — name, email, chosen slot — under its own privacy notice.
Hosting on Vercel
In shortThe site runs on Vercel, which keeps the technical logs needed to serve the pages.
This site is hosted by Vercel, which like any host records technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type.
They exist to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. I don’t use them to profile you and I don’t cross them with anything else.
Search engines
In shortThe public pages are open to Google and Bing. The private GDM Italia landing pages are not.
The public pages of this site are open to indexing by Google and Microsoft Bing: that’s how you find me.
The private GDM Italia landing pages for instructors stay out of the index and remain reachable only through their dedicated link.
Your rights
In shortAccess, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: one email is enough.
You can ask me at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to it, or receive it in a machine-readable format.
An email to info@georgeworkflow.com is enough: no form, no procedure. I reply within the terms set by law.
If you believe something is wrong, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
