The scope
I work on your flow: where AI removes a step, at what cost and under what control.
It is not a generic course; I don’t write AI policies or compliance opinions and I don’t train models. You need someone inside who reviews the output. Third-party costs in the open: the models' running costs stay in your name.
After handover
The system I hand over works. Then tools, APIs and models change: you decide whether I stay alongside you.
